$400 for homes of 1550 to 1799 sqft (present to 2007)
$425 for homes of 1800 to 2049 sqft (present to 2007)
$450 for homes of 2050 to 2299 sqft (present to 2007)
$475 for homes of 2300 to 2549 sqft (present to 2007)
$500 for homes of 2550 to 2899 sqft (present to 2007)
$535 for homes of 2900 to 3149 sqft (present to 2007)
$570 for homes of 3150 to 3399 sqft (present to 2007)
$615 for homes of 3400 to 3649 sqft (present to 2007)
$650 for homes of 3650 to 3999 sqft (present to 2007)
$700 for homes of 4000 to 4249 sqft (present to 2007)
$750 for homes of 4250 to 4449 sqft (present to 2007)
$800 for homes of 4450 to 4699 sqft (present to 2007)

$150 for full reinspection of agreed upon seller repaired items, as per due diligence request.
Additional return trips will be at the inspector discretion;
