$70 70-79 years of age (yr built; 1954-1945)

$80 80-89 years of age (yr built; 1944-1935)

$90 90-99 years of age (yr built; 1934-1925)

$100 100-109 years of age (yr built; 1924-1915)

$110 110-119 years of age (yr built; 1914-1905)

$150 for full reinspection of agreed upon seller repaired items, as per due diligence request.
